Video: Citrus Salad Dressing Recipe

This citrus salad dressing is great on most salads and is also a fab marinade for pork and fish. You can use any citrus fruit juice you want, just make sure it’s freshly squeezed as that makes a world of difference. Also, if you can, try to use cold pressed & organic olive oil as its higher quality really shines through and packs much more flavor.

While a blender makes this dressing "creamy", you can also make it using a bowl and a whisk or throwing all of the ingredients into a jar (with the lid on) and shaking vigorously for 2 minutes.

Everything for this recipe (except the orange) was purchased from the “Mat Med Mening” organic foods store in Stavanger.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons/45 ml freshly squeezed orange juice (or your favorite citrus juice)
¼ cup/ 59 ml olive oil
½ teaspoon/1 ml oregano
sea salt and black pepper to taste
