Vanilla Lavender Sugar
Ingredients
225 grams sugar
2 vanilla bean pods, cut in half
1 tablespoon lavender
3-5 drops of 100% pure lavender essential oil
1 tablespoon lavender
3-5 drops of 100% pure lavender essential oil

1 cup sugar
2 vanilla bean pods, cut in half
1 tablespoon lavender
3-5 drops of 100% pure lavender essential oil
1 tablespoon lavender
3-5 drops of 100% pure lavender essential oil
Directions
1 Place all ingredients in a clean air tight jar and screw on the lid. Give the mixture a good shake.
2 Let your sugar mixture sit in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks before using. Your sugar will have a nice vanilla lavender aroma.
3 The sugar is used in sweet and savory dishes alike but most often in baked goods and beverages. Use is as a substitute in lemonade for a nice twist or in apple based dishes.
