  1. Here's a funny thing: we're vegetarians, but have brined several turkeys (when we've been coerced into cooking turkey for friends). Everybody has absolutely loved the turkey, so I'd imagine we're stuck doing it in the future, as well. We use Alton's Recipe for the process & brine.
