My ex-roomate/friend Louise hipped me to this place a couple of weeks ago when I was in the UK for school. I spent the first night in London, then took the train to Coventry for a 5-day module on Marketing Through Social Media. Oh my-I think my brain was on firrrreeee...and turned a mamma jamma out for 5 days. That class was so stimulating and got my mind spinning-awesome! But lets put that to the side for now. I'm here to talk about Gail's Artisan Bakery today.

Comforting. Savoury. Sweet. Beautiful. Relaxing. Yeasty. Six words to describe Gail's Artisan Bakery.

Corn chowder and walnut bread. The only non-greasy sausage roll I've every had.

Louise's bread, her lovely feminine (and vegetarian) hands + her owl ring. The girl has style and a beautiful smile.
See, look at how cute she is! That smile is worth a thousand sunsets.

Louise's vegetarian leek, spinach and egg yoke open faced sandwich. I wonder how they got that egg yoke on top and so perfectly round?  In any case, that little beauty was divine.

Louise's lentil, sweet potato, feta and sun dried tomato salad

My corn chowder (again) but up close this time. I'll be dreaming...dream...dream...dream...dreaming....of you tomorrow at lunch.

I'm a packaging design freak and loved the carrier boxes at Gail's. That lamp was easy on the eyes too.

Imagine waking up to toast made from just one loaf in that crusty bunch every morning. You had me at hello...you had me at hello.

Hard on the outside, soft on the inside. Carbs I can stand behind.

More crusty goodness.

Caramelised Garlic Bread

Seeds anyone?

Tall, dark and handsome.

A wooden bowl full of croissants? Yeppers-I'll take 2. Just in case one gets scared on the way home and decides to hide in my stomach.

Sweetness.

Gail's has eat in or eat out prices + all natural granola bars.

Mini=big treat.

Cookies, muffins and jams. More croissants too!
