The Fish Market In Stavanger Has Re-Opened!

The Fish Torget i Stavanger aka The Fish Market in Stavanger re-opened yesterday. I wasn't able to make it over for lunch but I did get some salmon for dinner (recipe coming soon!).

Just add water! These fish were so fresh I would have sworn they were still swimming in the glass case.

 SALMON!

 Several varities of fish to choose from but also crab in the shell and crab claws, shrimp, prawns, langosteens aka Norwegian lobsters, lobster, dried cod and several pre-made options like fish cakes.

 Several types of salads, pestos and herring varities to choose from as well.
